Duty Manager/Shift Supervisor

Reburger Whanganui is seeking for 2 reliable and hands-on Duty Manager to help
oversee daily store operations and support the team during busy service periods.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who is confident
leading shifts, particularly during late-night hours.

ReBuger is a well-established global brand recognised for quality food, efficient
service, and a customerfocused approach. Our Whanganui store operates late into
the night, delivering consistently high standards in a fastpaced environment.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 12 months of customer service experience in a customer facing role in

hospitality or food service, OR

• A Bachelor qualification.
• Previous supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and problemsolving skills
• A positive attitude and commitment to customer service
• Availability to work late nights, including Friday and Saturday nights
• Ability to drive to and from work for latenight shifts
• Must agree to undergo drug testing prior to and during employment

Duty Manager Responsibilities

As a Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting team members during shifts
• Ensuring food quality, speed of service, and presentation meet Pizza Hut

standards

• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
• Opening and closing the store, including cash handling and reporting
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control
• Maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Assisting with staff training and onboarding
• Acting as the senior onshift contact in the absence of the Store Manager
