An E- Commerce Account Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the relationship between an eCommerce company and its clients or vendors. The role typically involves overseeing multiple client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients or vendors to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the company's products or services.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance, sales data, and market trends to identify opportunities for account growth and improvement. Implement strategies to optimize client sales and performance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts. Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Assist new clients with onboarding processes, provide training on the eCommerce platform, and ensure a smooth transition to the platform.
  • Analyze eCommerce data, generate reports, and present insights and recommendations to clients. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve client performance.
  • Work with clients to manage inventory levels, ensure timely replenishment, and reduce stock outs or overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns for clients, ensuring maximum exposure and sales.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding any issues or concerns. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems promptly.
  • Oversee and manage the eCommerce platform to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and promotional materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, eCommerce best practices, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge and provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Previous experience in eCommerce account management, sales, or related roles is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, and online retail strategies is essential.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, using tools like Google Analytics or eCommerce platforms' analytics features.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
  • The ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive positive outcomes for clients.
  • Efficiently handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving eCommerce environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
