E-Commerce Intern

Franky Amsterdam is seeking an energetic and motivated intern to join our team as an E-commerce Intern. In this role, you will work together with our E-commerce manager to enhance the visibility of our online products, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and outstanding experience.
Where?
You'll be working at our beautiful office in the heart of Amsterdam.
What are your responsibilities?
Assisting with product launches and creating new products
Optimizing the customer journey to elevate the online shopping experience
Driving growth by implementing strategies to expand specific product categories and new collections
Analyzing data to gain valuable insights
Enriching and creating webshop content, such as cross-selling, landing pages, banners, and more.
Actively brainstorming improvements for the webshop and closely collaborating with our creative team
Who are you?
You are a 2nd, 3rd or 4th-year student pursuing a degree in Fashion, Economics, Marketing, or Communication
You have an affinity for fashion and innovation
You speak/write fluent Dutch or English
You have experience with Excel/Google sheets
You reside in (the immediate vicinity of) Amsterdam
You are well organized, communicative and have an attention to detail
Knowledge of Shopify and Adobe Indesign/Photoshop is a plus
