We at Loyalty Sense Inc. are seeking for an energetic and highly motivated E-Commerce Intern to join our team. We are thrilled to offer a 6-month paid internship for the position of E-Commerce Intern. As an E-Commerce Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with and support our eCommerce Associates who are responsible for the management of one or more marketplaces. Responsibilities for this role include:

• Learn about the company's product offerings and develop in-depth understanding of the products.
• Assisting with product catalog management, including updating and maintaining product listings, descriptions, and images on our e-commerce platforms.
• Supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media promotions and email marketing initiatives.
• Assisting with order processing, fulfillment, and inventory management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Update product inventory on a regular basis (2-3 times/week) to ensure inventory numbers are current.
• Be an active part of the E-Commerce Sales and Operations team and work collaboratively with team members.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, customer service, and Operations, to ensure efficient operations and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Providing general administrative support to the eCommerce team as needed.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate in business, marketing, or IT field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new software tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
