E-Commerce Sales Specialist – Nutraceuticals / B2b Sales Representative – Dietary Supplements

Location: Newport Beach, CA | Job Type: Full-Time | Work Mode: In-Person

We are a growing nutraceutical manufacturing company based in Newport Beach, CA, seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join our team. The core mission of this role is to source and secure a steady stream of orders for our U.S.-based supplement production facility exclusively through online channels. If you have a track record of driving B2B sales growth in the nutraceutical/dietary supplement space via digital platforms, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute targeted online sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients (e.g., supplement brands, retailers, distributors) for our manufacturing services, leveraging platforms like Alibaba, Amazon Business, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry-specific B2B portals.

2. Source, prospect, and engage potential clients through digital outreach (email campaigns, social media, online trade shows) to pitch our nutraceutical manufacturing capabilities and convert leads into confirmed orders.

3. Manage the full sales cycle for online-acquired clients: from initial inquiry and needs assessment, to quote preparation, contract negotiation, and order finalization.

4. Maintain regular communication with existing online clients to foster long-term partnerships, identify repeat order opportunities, and address any concerns promptly.

5. Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., online lead conversion rate, monthly order volume, client acquisition cost) to the management team, and optimize strategies based on data insights.

6. Collaborate closely with our production and logistics teams to ensure client requirements are met, delivery timelines are adhered to, and order fulfillment runs smoothly.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

2. 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience specifically in the nutraceutical/dietary supplement industry, with a focus on online client acquisition and order generation.

3. Deep familiarity with U.S. B2B e-commerce platforms and digital sales tools; proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

4. Working knowledge of nutraceutical product specifications, manufacturing processes, and relevant U.S. regulations (e.g., FDA guidelines for dietary supplements) is a strong plus.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable terms and build trust with clients remotely.

6. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset; ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet aggressive sales targets.
