What You’ll Do

• Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that support each child’s development
• Guide daily routines with patience, consistency, and care
• Incorporate faith-based values and nature into everyday learning
• Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers
• Follow Minnesota DHS licensing regulations and center policies

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in childcare or early childhood is a plus—but not required
• Someone who aligns with a faith-based, nature-focused philosophy
• Reliable, positive, and team-minded individuals
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Must meet Minnesota DHS licensing requirements
