Job Description

As an Assistant Merchant Intern, you will work in one of our Merchant Offices where you will assist the merchandising team in analyzing the business, learning to drive key pricing + marketing processes while providing operational support.

What you will do as an Assistant Merchant Intern:

• Analyze the line of business you are working in by generating weekly reporting and reviewing + interpreting that reporting to determine what happened + why it happened
Learn all about pricing
• - the strategy behind it and how to execute pricing in-store and online
Participate in marketing conversations
• - ensuring we come across to the customer in a way that supports our product strategies, while learning how to execute sample turn in for photo shoots, advertising proofing and digital experience reviews
Actively engage in competitive shopping + recap your team
• - analyzing trends, pricing + marketing in the marketplace from our key competitors
