As the Ecommerce Digital Product Manager, you will take a leading role; and enable PPG's Industrial Coating team with our USCA Ecommerce Platform. You will capture opportunities enabled by digital technologies, provide amazing customer experiences, unlock new revenue streams, and reach new customers. You will drive financial impact by partnering with internal customers to define and execute assigned product strategy, manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the ecommerce product, and help identify market opportunities. You will implement product roadmaps and priorities based on an understanding of customer needs, financial impact, insights, and in-depth data analysis.

Responsibilities:
Be the subject matter expert on Content and Lead Generation in both B2C and B2B markets within the current Shopify Platform and help drive to a One PPG user experience within PPG's digital ecommerce space.
Manage product discovery, product delivery, and the end-to-end product lifecycle.
Prioritize ideas, and test valuable product hypotheses designed to deliver value to our customers
Develop expert level knowledge to improve customer experience of our website and digital ecommerce products. How they work, how to simplify business process, and increase customer adoption.
Provide data management including data sources, quality, integrations, automation, end-to-end data flows to and from the website, and usage as it pertains to the product.
Define user stories and create a Team Backlog aligned to the roadmap and maintain the conceptual and technical integrity of the features including must haves vs nice to haves.
Sign off on stories and sprints.
Liaison between technical, marketing, IT, AI/ML, and business teams.
Manage communication with team members, and partners, collecting input, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the life of the product including onboarding new B2B customers.
Help develop communication, change management, and training content.
Use data to monitor changes and make decisions.
Build a clear and concrete set of product KPIs, deriving insights, and driving experiments and multivariate testing to find product solutions.
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or related. MBA is preferred.
5+ years of experience in digital product management
Experience explaining complex technical information to team members and leadership.
Entrepreneurial mindset
Hands-on Experience with SAFe Agile principles and startup methodologies.
Strong data analytics skills.
Project Management experience leading technical and functional teams.
Good industry knowledge of trends
History of making challenging tradeoffs in establishing product priorities that have required sophisticated analyses and challenging negotiations.
Travel generally 10% a year with the potential for more.
