Job Description



We are looking for a driven and experienced Product Manager to effectively manage product streams and use cases in parallel, while also supporting live production systems, including change requests, patches, and incident management.

What will you do:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Collaborate closely with clients to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements across multiple use cases
  • Manage and prioritize multiple product tracks simultaneously

Agile Delivery & Multi-Stream Management

  • Lead Agile product development with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience
  • Oversee multiple concurrent development streams with different use cases
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment across all tracks
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization
  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery across all streams

Production, Change Requests & Incident Management

  • Manage change requests (CRs) for live production systems in collaboration with clients
  • Liaise with clients to scope, prioritize, and deliver enhancements and fixes
  • Oversee software patch releases, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Lead and coordinate incident management, including triaging, resolution, and post-incident follow-ups
  • Ensure proper tracking, documentation, and closure of production issues
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance system stability and reliability

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Manage expectations across development and production workstreams
  • Drive discussions confidently, including with senior and C-level stakeholders
  • Ensure continuous alignment on requirements, priorities, and timelines

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly updates to senior stakeholders
  • Provide consolidated updates across development, CRs, and production support
  • Clearly communicate risks, trade-offs, and dependencies

Planning, Coordination & Execution

  • Develop integrated project plans covering development and production activities
  • Track issues, risks, and interdependencies across all workstreams
  • Ensure stakeholders are aligned on deadlines and deliverables
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking ability with high attention to detail

Operations & Governance

  • Manage project financials, budgeting, and cost tracking
  • Oversee resource allocation across development and support activities
  • Handle client escalations across both delivery and production issues
  • Manage client PO, invoicing processes, and contractual obligations
  • Ensure adherence to tender specifications
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks across the project lifecycle


Qualifications



The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in product management cycle
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent streams or complex programs
  • Experience handling production systems, change requests, and incident management
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivery timelines
