Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) to take on a leadership role in the construction of greenfield FMCG facilities. This role requires both technical depth and team leadership, ensuring electrical systems are designed, installed, and commissioned to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and contractors in executing site works.
• Oversee powerline installation, transformer and substation setup, and high-voltage electrical system design.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with local and international codes and safety standards.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to the electrical engineering team.
• Support greenfield project execution from design phase to commissioning.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE).
• At least 10 years of electrical engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong background in industrial, FMCG, or large-scale construction projects.
• Proven track record in managing substations, transformers, and high-voltage power systems.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
