As part of their ongoing growth and investment in cutting-edge technology, they are expanding their team in Oldenzaal and are looking for a Electromechanical Technician to support the maintenance of their production lines and ensure smooth operations.

ABOUT THE JOB
You will be responsible for ensuring that machines and installations run reliably, safely, and efficiently. Your role will involve managing and optimizing maintenance activities, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the facility’s operations.

Requirements

• Experience with maintenance in a production or industrial environment.
• English proficiency level C1 [or higher].
• Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for managing maintenance documentation, breakdown data, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and optimizing maintenance processes.
• Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems and the ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
• Willingness to work in shifts and react quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Committed to and familiar with safety and quality procedures, including ensuring compliance with safety regulations and managing relevant certifications.
• Ability to perform maintenance analyses to identify issues and improve maintenance processes.
• Strong collaboration skills, including active participation in project teams and regular communication with cross-functional teams (e.g., MC, WV, TL) to address bottlenecks.

• Gross Salary Range: 33,000 to 44,000 EUR per year

Working Schedule
This position operates on a rotating shift basis to support 24/7 production operations:

• 38 hours per week
• Day shift only
• Shift allowance and rest days provided according to company polic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €2.750,00 - €3.700,00 per month
