Tesla Indirect Procurement team is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our operations and controlling team as an Intern. This internship is your chance to dive into an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in procurement processes and contribute to the overall success of our organization. What You'll Do
- Assist with the creation of reports, presentations and dashboards for planning, governance and KPIs of EMEA Indirect Procurement projects
- Take part in planning and spending compliance initiatives including but not limited to new location set-ups to contract life cycle management
- Support with integrated management and governance of various procurement applications ensuring end-to-end visibility to a project life cycle
- Participate in ad-hoc indirect procurement projects and solve real-world problems
- Help with resource planning improvements and streamline procurement processes, increasing visibility and efficiency of procurement applications
What You'll Bring
- Preferably studying related fields like Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
- Capable of working in a fast paced and always changing environment
- Detailed oriented and focusing on accuracy
- Hands on mentality and result oriented
- Team player
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau and/or PowerBi will be considered a plus
