Emea Marketing Specialist
Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team in Italy


You will apply various communication strategies to create an impression, raise brand awareness, and generate customer and prospect interest. This individual is responsible for implementing global marketing campaigns; planning and executing marketing, communications, and sales team and customer engagement activities, including association relations, media planning and public relations; tradeshow management, campaign development, project planning, and customer experience visits.


You will need experience with creating both online and offline assets including brochures, videos, articles, social media materials, events, websites, and email campaigns.


You will ensure that all assets have high production values and meet brand and tone standards. They will also be a subject matter expert in the business’ products and services, and work across all regions to help deliver exceptional results.


You will be self-motivated, skilled in interpersonal relations, works with the public, skilled in decision making, problem solving, proactive, and has a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies to execute successful marketing campaigns and industry events.

You Will:
  • Work with the Global Content Specialist and Graphic Designers, create and optimize assets for online and offline channels including but not limited to:
    • Brochures
    • Point of sale materials
    • Social media
    • Email campaigns
    • Videos
    • Photography
    • Testimonials and case studies
    • Web pages
  • Independently research and identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Be a motivated self-starter and use initiative to develop and drive own ideas, campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales, whilst aligning to global strategy.
  • Execute global marketing campaigns customized to local regions.
  • Ensure the brand identity is observed and protected.
  • Engage with press and publications to tell local stories aligned with global strategy.
  • Provide best practice marketing communications materials and organize local adaption for markets where applicable.
  • Analyze and report metrics and conduct post campaign analysis to increase engagement and contribute to success.
  • Lead the organization of core events.
  • Visit customers across regions to gather content and develop into customer focused solutions.
  • Have curiosity and a passion for agriculture.
Requirements:
  • Experience & Background

    • Minimum five years of relevant marketing experience; agriculture industry experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation, campaign management, lead generation, and digital marketing.
    • Experience negotiating contracts and sponsorships.
    • Experience preparing budgets with basic accounting knowledge.
    • Experience conducting audience and buyer‑persona research.

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency with digital marketing and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, social media management platforms).
    • Strong analytical abilities, including experience testing, measuring, and optimizing campaigns, and identifying trends and insights.
    • Solid understanding of marketing concepts such as lead management, customer lifecycle, nurturing workflows, and automation systems.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building capabilities.
    • Ability to present information effectively to internal stakeholders and customers.
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
