We are looking for an Employer Branding intern, with a passion and flair in storytelling. Embark on a personal journey to explore the uniqueness of Rakuten and share your experience along the way with potential candidates - providing a glimpse of the organisation through your lens. You will be tasked with narrating interesting happenings and the Rakuten story. (Create and roll-out engaging content and programmes to attract, engage and hire top talents) Responsibilities

• Plan and create content to showcase Employer Branding for both internal and external events.
• Research, repurpose and copywrite articles, social media posts, for the purposes of Employer Branding
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders for feature articles
• Design collaterals for employee recruitment and branding events
• Perform event photography to capture speakers, guests, employees, and moments for branding purposes

Requirements

• Able to commit for 3 - 6 months
• Internship period: from Aug 2024
• From a reputable tertiary institution (preferably students who major in Art, Design, Media, and Communications)
• Basic to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
• A good portfolio of past projects in design and copywriting
