Responsibilities

This team helps eCommerce Enablers to succeed on eCommerce platform by guiding them through training and engagement.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

You will gain hands-on exposure to strategic planning and execution in a global tech / consumer‐internet company. Opportunity to work on real projects with cross-functional stakeholders and drive visible impact.
In the end of the internship, you will development of analytical, strategic, project-management and communication skills. Insight into how data, business models and operations come together to shape growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Support in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and e-Commerce enablers for Agency Matching.
• Support the Manager with cross-functional (XFN) operations projects.
• Contribute to the Enabler's Summit and trainings to improve their performance and visibility.
• Assist in the design and execution of initiatives to drive agency engagement and growth.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic decision-making for the eCommerce Enabler's Manager and Agency Certification Program

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business preferably in Business, Economics, Statistic
• Strong skills in logical thinking, analysis, and framework development
• Highly capable of problem-solving and managing scenarios

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with different social media platforms
• Excellent communicator, effective in team collaboration and engaging with offline merchants
