Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Start date: September 2025
Duration: 6 months
Length: Fulltime internship (40h a week)

The EMEA Business Operations team is looking for a Project Management Intern to support the project management cycle, process improvement and knowledge management. The role will interact with different stakeholders within the Industrial organization including Sales, Sales Engineering, Project Engineering, Project Management and Product Engineering. The ideal candidate is someone collaborative, communicative and proactively undertakes challenges in a fast-paced environment that will make a significant impact to Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
What You'll Do
- Opportunity to lead projects independently based on project complexity
- Assist in multiple business process improvement and system development projects throughout the entire cycle i.e. scoping, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing and documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge resources related to business processes, standard operation procedures and system development releases
- Create training materials for internal and external users
- Troubleshoot ad-hoc business operations system issues
What You'll Bring
- Currently studying in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Administration and/or equivalent
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple ongoing tasks
- Ability to work independently with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, JIRA and Confluence is an advantage
- Level C1 in English (written and spoken)
