LOCATION

This is a field-based role requiring candidates to reside in the Vancouver Lower Mainland (e.g., Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, Langley, Delta, North/West Vancouver). Candidates located on Vancouver Island (including Victoria), Kelowna/Okanagan, or other remote locations outside the Lower Mainland will not be considered due to the in-territory customer engagement requirements of the role.

SUMMARY

NetApp is seeking an experienced Enterprise Client Executive to manage and grow a defined territory of enterprise accounts in the Vancouver. This role is responsible for driving revenue through a combination of protecting existing NetApp business while landing new opportunities and expanding into additional lines of business within existing accounts.The territory includes a mix of private and public sector (SLED-influenced) enterprise customers, requiring the ability to navigate complex organizations and multi-stakeholder buying environments. As organizations increasingly explore cloud adoption, this role will focus on helping customers modernize their data environments while demonstrating how NetApp solutions enable customers to accelerate their journey to hybrid and public cloud.The Enterprise Client Executive will work closely with channel partners and NetApp technical resources, including Solutions Engineers, to deliver customer value and drive successful outcomes. This is a quota-carrying enterprise sales role with performance measured annually and broken down into half-year milestones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage a defined territory of enterprise accounts across the Vancouver
  • Drive revenue through a strategic mix of protect, land, and expand sales motions
  • Protect and grow existing NetApp footprint within established accounts
  • Identify and close new logo opportunities within the territory
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and technical decision-makers
  • Engage customers on their data infrastructure modernization and hybrid cloud strategies
  • Collaborate with NetApp channel partners to drive joint sales opportunities
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineers and technical sellers to develop and deliver customer solutions
  • Develop strategic account plans and execute against quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Maintain strong field engagement, including regular in-person meetings with customers and partners within the territory
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles across multiple stakeholders and business units

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales
  • Proven experience selling into enterprise-level customers and large organizations
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding enterprise sales quotas
  • Experience selling data center infrastructure, storage technologies, or storage-adjacent enterprise technologies
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, data infrastructure, and hybrid cloud strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing accounts
  • Experience selling with and through channel partners
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise buying processes and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong territory planning, forecasting, and account management skills
  • Willingness and ability to maintain a high level of in-territory customer engagement
