Our client represents a wide range of consumer brands through live event sales and brand promotion campaigns across the region. They’re seeking ambitious, outgoing individuals to join as Entry Level Event Sales Representatives — no prior experience required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

You’ll work across promotional events, in-store setups, and retail activations, helping customers connect with products and services through engaging, interactive conversations.

Job Description / What You’ll Be Doing

  • Represent multiple brands and products through in-person event sales and brand promotions designed to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Engage customers face-to-face at shopping centers, pop-up locations, and retail setups — creating a welcoming, energetic first impression.
  • Learn and deliver confident product presentations, explaining features, benefits, and offers in a clear, engaging way.
  • Promote and sell directly to customers, converting interest into completed sign-ups, purchases, or service activations.
  • Handle questions and overcome objections, applying training to close sales effectively and ethically.
  • Track daily sales activity and performance metrics, learning how to manage your own results and meet targets consistently.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and order processing, ensuring data is handled correctly.
  • Support brand visibility and professionalism, ensuring every stand, display, or kiosk meets client presentation standards.
  • Work closely with your team to share best practices, refine messaging, and celebrate success at the end of each day.
  • Participate in structured training and coaching sessions to build your confidence, communication, and selling technique week by week.

What You’ll Get

Our client offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with typical weekly earnings between $800 – $1,200. You’ll be paid weekly, with additional incentives and recognition for high performers.
