Entry-Level Farm Market Cashier

Confreda’s Farm Market is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Level 1 Farm Market Team Members. This is an entry-level position with a primary focus on cashiering and produce department operations, while supporting all areas of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately
• Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service at all times
• Assist in the Produce Department, including stocking, culling, and maintaining displays
• Maintain strong knowledge of products across all departments (Produce, Meat, Deli, Grocery, and more)
• Stock shelves throughout the store and ensure products are properly rotated and organized
• Keep all work areas clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Follow and complete all department checklists thoroughly
• Perform repetitive tasks with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Support team members and assist in other departments as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling transactions
• Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable about all store products
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and stand for extended periods
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.25 per hour
