Entry Level Sales Account Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven entry level Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a passion for in-person sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic in-person sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Engage in warm calling to establish connections with potential clients and nurture existing relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage client interactions, track sales progress, and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior members and sharing best practices.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our offerings.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
