We need Sushi artisans and Barista pros who don't just stand behind a counter—they own the whole floor.

We are looking for energetic multi-taskers who can deliver a perfect roll or a latte art masterpiece, then switch gears to keep the queue moving.

What You'll Do

• Bring the energy to every interaction, adapting your service style to suit the moment
• Prepare high-quality sushi with speed, while keeping an eye on the floor to help where needed (F&B roles)
• Drive the coffee bar output, but be ready to jump onto the registers or food service to bust the queue (Barista roles)
• Captain the crew, ensuring the team is cross-skilled and ready for any flight delay or rush (Manager roles)
• Keep the store spotless and fully stocked, managing the moving parts of a busy airport outlet

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• Proven experience in hospitality where adapting to the needs of the business is second nature
• Solid skills in sushi preparation are non-negotiable, matched with a willingness to work the floor for F&B
• High-level coffee skills are required, plus the flexibility to be a hands-on team player for Baristas
• Track record of leading versatile teams to success is essential for Management roles
• Eligibility to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) is strictly required
• High-energy approach to work with a genuine love for variety and pace
• Reliability to handle a 7-day rotating roster that keeps the airport fuelled
