What you will do:
The role covers structured products design and delivery of Equity Structured Products (and more specifically their wrapper, which is a critical component of the product ).
With a key focus on the digital infrastructure enabling product distribution, the Structurer will take into account all aspects (pricing, legal, tech, accounting and regulatory) to achieve maximum efficiency while minimizing operational risk.
In this role you will:
- Lead digitalization/automation projects aimed at developing further our distribution business
- Lead the streamlining of our documentation and pre-trade framework with the help of other stakeholders (notably legal, regulatory compliance and
- Assess clients’ needs, address product gap and create ad hoc solutions, with the help of sales and other structurers
- Liaise with legal on the documentation book of work (issuance programme, new product documentation templates, etc…)
- Keep the wider team apprised of regulatory environment (eg PRIIPs) and participate to industry forums on these topics
You should apply if you have:
- Extensive experience with Financial Markets and knowledge of derivatives products
- Good overview on regulation and accounting, including upcoming changes which impact the industry
- Good understanding of different client business models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with very strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
