We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our company’s growth across the European market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base throughout Europe. This role requires a deep understanding of European markets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to execute business strategies that align with our company’s global objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand the company’s presence in Europe.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including partnerships, distribution channels, and key clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of goals and effective market execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Prepare regular business reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in a B2B or international context.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and expansion targets in European markets.
- Strong understanding of European business culture, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, or Italian) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
