We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our management team at Event Cinemas Newmarket.

This is not your traditional Duty Manager role; you will need a willingness to learn all areas of the business and contribute to building our business in new and exciting ways. We are looking for people who are innovative, target driven and want to revolutionise customer service.

You will also need to have a passion for food and beverage, a flair for events and most importantly relish new challenges.

You will be responsible for running the shift, ensuring a high level of customer service, meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth and development of staff across all aspects of the business.

What you need to bring to this role:

• Previous experience in a supervisors or DM role
• Ability to work on a 7-day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays
• A passion for food and beverage
• Superior organisational skills
• High level of self-motivation
• Strong customer service background
• An ability to adapt and thrive under pressure
• Consistently high standards of personal presentation, with a sense of style and professionalism in appearance that complements our brand.
