About the Role:
Our client specializes in high-energy promotional events across the Coral Gables area, helping top brands connect with customers in engaging ways. With a packed calendar of upcoming events, we need enthusiastic individuals who can help bring these activations to life. No prior experience? No problem! We provide full training—just bring your positive attitude and great communication skills!

Pay: $3,650 per month | Weekly Pay | Bonuses & Commissions

Your Role as an Event Staff Member:

As part of our event team, you’ll be at the heart of live brand promotions, ensuring customers have an unforgettable experience. Your daily tasks may include:

• Assisting with event setup, ensuring displays and promotional materials are ready.
• Interacting with attendees, answering questions, and showcasing featured products/services.
• Creating buzz and excitement to help increase brand awareness and customer interest.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to enhance engagement strategies.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Supporting sales efforts by directing potential customers to the right sales channels.
• Adapting quickly to changes and ensuring events run smoothly.

• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and occasional travel within Coral Gables.
