Event Planner

About the Role

Love planning events, bringing people together, and making things happen? We’re looking for an Event Planner who’s excited to design impactful experiences — from networking nights and workshops to lifestyle and finance events.

This is not your typical corporate role. You’ll get to blend creativity + organization while gaining insider exposure to the world of finance, leadership, and personal growth.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute events (seminars, workshops, networking nights, retreats)
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and speakers to ensure smooth flow
• Create engaging event experiences for students, young professionals, and clients
• Brainstorm fresh ideas to make events fun, meaningful, and memorable
• Work with the marketing team on promotions, content, and event branding

Who We’re Looking For

• Students, fresh grads, or early-career professionals with a flair for events
• Organized, detail-oriented, yet creative and full of ideas
• Great at people skills — you enjoy making connections and handling logistics
• Open to learning about the finance industry through hands-on exposure
• A “get things done” personality with positive energy

Pay: $11.50 - $16.00 per hour
