About the Role

As an Event Sales Assistant, you’ll be part of a team delivering live promotional campaigns across retail locations, pop-up events, and busy public spaces.

You’ll play a key role in creating positive first impressions, building rapport quickly, and helping customers understand the value of the products or services being promoted.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at event sites, retail locations, and promotional stands
• Represent brands with professionalism, energy, and confidence
• Communicate product and service offerings clearly and effectively
• Identify customer needs and tailor conversations to suit different individuals
• Guide customers through sign-ups, registrations, or purchase processes
• Handle questions and objections in a positive and solution-focused way
• Assist with event setup, presentation, and breakdown
• Maintain a well-presented and organised event space
• Contribute to individual and team-based performance targets

Working Environment

Earnings & Incentives

• Paid Weekly
• Base earnings plus uncapped commission
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives
• Average weekly earnings: $900 – $1100
