About the Role

Mexico Ceaty is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Manager to lead all private events, group bookings, corporate partnerships, and revenue-generating experiences across our 20,000 sq ft culinary destination. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who lives for closing deals, building relationships, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

What You'll Do

· Drive all private event and group sales across Tres Arcos, Dos Cantinas, Dulce Aroma, El Último, and The Plaza

· Manage the full sales cycle: inquiries, tours, proposals, contracts, deposits

· Build partnerships with hotels, DMCs, corporate clients, and River Walk groups

· Achieve monthly and annual sales revenue targets

· Coordinate with Operations, Culinary, Beverage, and Events teams for flawless execution

· Maintain CRM accuracy and weekly reporting

· Represent the brand at networking events and onsite walk-throughs

What We're Looking For

· Proven experience in hospitality or venue sales (restaurants, hotels, events, catering, nightlife)

· Strong communication, follow-through, and deal-closing ability

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment

· A team-player mindset and a passion for guest experience

· Ability to work nights/weekends when supporting events

· Experience with event-based CRM platforms

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
