About the role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Event Sales Representative to support the development of our business during the racing season. As part of our expansion across sporting events in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, you will be responsible for setting up and selling sports equipment at running races, cycling events, triathlons and other competitions.

Your mission is to strengthen our on-site presence, build customer loyalty and represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for the setup and sales of sports equipment at sporting events across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Your main tasks include:

• Setting up, managing and animating sales areas at sporting events (running, cycling, triathlon, etc.).
• Advising customers and selling technical sports products and accessories to participants and spectators.
• Managing on-site logistics, including stock, inventory and cash handling.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience and representing the brand with energy and professionalism.

Profile we are looking for

• Location: Must be based in Netherland.
• Languages: Dutch and English are mandatory. French is a strong asset.
• Mobility & independence: A valid driving licence is required. Frequent travel is expected.
• Experience: A first experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Passion for sport: You are an active sports enthusiast and enjoy being involved in sporting events (running, cycling, triathlon, etc.).
• Soft skills: Energetic, well-organised, team-oriented and comfortable interacting with the public.

• Working hours:
• Full-time position with an average of 36 hours per week, calculated over the duration of the contract.
• Work is mainly scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday, with occasional Sundays, depending on the event calendar.
• Working hours are flexible, in line with event schedules and compliant with Dutch labour regulations (including rest periods and maximum working hours).
