Your day at NTT DATA

This senior leadership role is accountable for defining, leading, and executing strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives for hybrid data center solutions, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven innovation and operational excellence.

As the global GTM leader with direct responsibility for Europe, this role ensures seamless alignment between global and regional strategies, driving consistency while adapting to local market dynamics. The leader will oversee European GTM execution and influence cross-functional stakeholders worldwide, providing strategic direction to regional leadership teams and ensuring that all regional teams reporting into this role operate under a unified vision. Frequent global travel is required to engage with teams, partners, and clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic and operational delivery of hybrid data center solutions by embedding advanced AI capabilities and implementing robust GTM frameworks to achieve immediate goals while securing long-term success.

  • Develop and execute global GTM strategies for profitable revenue growth, leveraging AI to optimize data center capabilities, efficiency, and client offerings while building and strengthening strategic alliances to expand market reach and accelerate joint value creation.

  • Define markets for products and solutions, and execute GTM strategies to achieve customer adoption, client satisfaction, and revenue growth objectives.

  • Provide leadership and versight for annual GTM plans, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities.

  • Direct and optimize solution portfolio investments, incorporating AI-enabled services and GTM best practices.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging differentiated, repeatable, and scalable offerings that leverage AI and GTM excellence.

  • Translate GTM strategies into actionable marketing plans with clear tactics and accountability.

  • Collaborate with product management, sales, channels, and marketing teams to ensure GTM success across global markets.

  • Develop and deploy a GTM framework that provides a commercial blueprint for proposition launches.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols, with a focus on AI ethics and GTM governance.

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, GTM methodologies, and data center technologies, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Knowledge and Attributes

  • Deep fluency in technology, AI, and GTM-related topics, with a passion for digital transformation.

  • Substantial knowledge of business, products, and GTM-driven solutions.

  • Strong profit and loss management capability.

  • Visionary, strategic, and pragmatic leadership, with hands-on involvement in GTM and AI adoption.

  • Analytical mindset, able to synthesize complex information and drive data-driven GTM decisions.

  • Exceptional persuasion and influence skills, able to work with and influence senior executives globally.

  • Expertise in GTM strategy development, marketing communications, and solution product development, especially in AI-enabled environments.

  • Change agent, publicly advocating for transformation and GTM integration.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.

  • Relevant technology, AI, and GTM certifications are highly desirable.

Required Experience

  • Extensive experience in pre-sales/sales and/or solutions practice leadership, ideally within a global technology services organization.

  • Proven track record of implementing and leading successful GTM and product innovation strategies, with a focus on AI and digital transformation.

  • Demonstrated experience managing and leading diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

  • Established credibility and recognized credentials across the hybrid data center ecosystem, enabling influence with key stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders.

  • Strong budget management and business development experience.

  • Experience implementing strategic and tactical GTM initiatives that support corporate strategy and AI-driven growth.

  • Ability to navigate complex, global environments and drive cross-functional cooperation.
