Executive Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service in a hotel or hospitality environment. This role is essential in ensuring that all guest areas are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming.

Duties

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with established standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate floor care maintenance including carpet cleaning, waxing, and buffing hard surfaces.
• Handle inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and floor care maintenance.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in training and managing a team.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with staff, guests, and management.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
