Plack Group, a CPA firm in Bel Air, Maryland, is seeking a full-time Executive/Personal Assistant. You will assist the managing director support the firm's entrepreneurial clients throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for our managing partner, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Coordination of all internal and external communications, including telephone and email correspondence with clients.
  • Handling sensitive financial documents with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial and tax reports and presentations.
  • Office management duties.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Great listening skills, and the willingness to learn about the needs of the managing partner and interest in learning how to anticipate those needs in an ever changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Gmail), Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Interest in regularly learning and mastering new skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Interest in making a difference in the lives of our entrepreneurs and their families
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines, as necessary.

Pay: $42,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
