Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership experience (required).
• In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and practices.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend the perfect vehicle.
• Manage the full sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in outside sales activities, such as attending community events and networking opportunities, to promote the dealership.
• Prepare vehicle information, conduct test drives, and answer customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure vehicles are well-stocked and attractively displayed.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, features, and technologies.
• Maintain a clean and professional showroom environment.

Skills and Experience

• Proven success in automotive sales.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in math for calculating payments, financing options, and trade-in values.
