The Role

The Family Lawyer role is an opportunity for a qualified experienced Lawyer in the Family department in our Camborne and our Penzance office. The successful candidate will play an active role in building and maintaining client relationships and promoting the department's services to generate new business across the firm.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Advising clients on all aspects of Family law to include Child Arrangements Orders and Financial Matters
• Managing a designated portfolio of clients and matters to achieve targeted fees
• Providing a fully comprehensive client service in a cost-effective and efficient manner
• Delivering exceptional quality of service to clients

Skills/Competencies

• Extensive Finance knowledge and expertise
• Extensive Section 8 knowledge
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships
• A proactive approach to your work and a willingness and ability to use your own initiative
• Calm and confident manner to handle potentially challenging matters
• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
