Graham Garage Doors is growing! We are seeking a skilled Garage Door Repair/Installation Technician to join our team in the Greater Bay Area. (Counties served: Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Sonoma, Marin, Napa and surrounding areas)

As a team member, you will be responsible for typical Residential garage door and garage door opener-related issues, including repairs/installations/maintenance. We provide a company vehicle and basic tools. Bring a positive attitude and become part of our growing company!

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent customer relation skills. < Our customers refer us often. So, these skills truly matter.

- 4+ years in the garage door repair/installation industry.

- Desire to be a part of a growing company.

- A clean driving record. (no DUI’s)

- Strong troubleshooting, mechanical and power tool skills.

- Garage Door Opener diag and repair skills. (gearset replacement, receiver board replacement, shuttle/coupler replacement, etc.)

- Failed torsion spring replacement/door tuning skills.

- Full torsion system installation, maintenance, and repair experience. (Cables, drums, etc.)

- Experience with new and old construction door installations/replacements. (flip up or sectional)

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a growing team, as needed.

- Attention to detail and an eye for quality craftsmanship.

- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

**Basic Responsibilities:**

- Use company software to:

1. See scheduled jobs

2. Send customer communications (on the way, etc.)

3. Record needed repairs and get signatures as needed.

4. Record parts used.

5. Collect payment.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installations.

- Maintain a clean and organized personal appearance and work area. (including truck and jobsite)

- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
