Job description

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Maintain a high level of Professionalism
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong admin and computer skills
  • Manage a Busy switchboard
  • Ability to vet incoming calls and forward to relevant person
  • Deal with Queries in a polite and efficient manner
  • Ability to operate till and handle cash
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Basic Understanding of Invoices & Purchase Orders.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
  • Adaptable, reliable & willing to take on a range of responsibilities.

Work Hours:

Thurs, Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:30PM

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From €16.00 per hour
