Experienced Otc Pharmacy Sales Assistant - No Saturdays Or Late Nights

Monday to Friday working alongside the Team to provide excellent customer service to our patients and maintain a high standard of merchandising within the Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities include

• Till Duties
• Engaging actively with customers to provide a high standard in customer service.
• Merchandising and keeping the Pharmacy clean and tidy at all times
• Increased O.T.C sales through link selling
• Stock management & product knowledge

To be successful in this role you will have a professional, and caring character and true desire to help others feel good. In addition

• Prior Pharmacy experience is essential.
• Cashier and till experience is an advantage.
• Social Media skills and EPOS back office experience also desirable.
• Ability to use discretion when addressing customer queries and to treat customer/patient information confidentially.
• Good attention to detail with ability to work on own initiative.
• Organised with an ability to multi-task successfully under pressure.
• Flexability to provide cover when required in our other branches.
