Experienced Receptionist

• Be able to provide a warm friendly welcome
• Personality – people forget what you say & do but they never forget how you make them feel, the front desk by its nature has contact with the most people in the hotel internally & externally, let’s make it a good experience for everyone.
• Ability to read a guest & adapt to their needs, checking in a corporate guest is very different to a leisure guest and our interactions must reflect that.
• Well organised and in tune with what is going on in the hotel.
• Previous Experience is highly desirable.
• Previous Opera Cloud experience is highly advantageous but not essiental.
• Use handover to pass information to colleagues
• Be proactive with arrivals, departures, upselling and making dinner bookings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €15.50 per hour
