Experienced Waiting Staff - Full & Part Time

The Step Inn are looking to expand their team. We have full & part time positions available with flexible shifts & hours. The majority of our current staff members have been working for The Step Inn for over 17 years as it is a well run pub & we work together as a team.

We are passionate about exceeding our guests' expectations and our Waiters are extremely customer-focused and passionate about delivering a superior experience for our guests. Our Waiters truly are the face of The Step Inn.

The Person

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience, and a passion for excellent food & wine.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, professional and approachable demeanour.
• Warm and welcoming personality, with a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Give a fast pace of service with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a very busy environment.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, particularly around weekends.
