We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting café environment, and ensuring that every customer has a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
• Operate semi-automatic espresso machine and steam milk with precision.
• Skilled in latte art and consistently produces visually appealing coffee presentations.
• Operate the POS systems for accurate and efficient order processing and cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including preparation stations.
• Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines in all aspects of food handling and preparation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous barista experience, 2 year of experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively and professionally with customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively during busy service periods.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and accurate transactions.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, hygiene standards, and food preparation requirements.
• Ability to follow procedures, recipes, and workplace policies.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic café environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is an advantage.
