Ext. Marketing Support - Animal Health

THE POSITION

In this role the candidate will support the Pet Vet Marketing Team and will play a key role in the development and implementation of business and brand strategies RX (or prescription) on Pet Business.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Provide marketing support through daily activities, building strong knowledge of our RX products, therapeutic areas, and the veterinary market.
  • Take ownership of selected projects over time, contributing with growing independence while supported by the team.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain close collaboration with field teams, gathering feedback and supporting them with timely, accurate, and compliant marketing materials.
  • Support the development of brand plans across all phases, contributing to strategic thinking and to achieving brand goals in terms of market share and turnover.
  • Assist in market, competitor, and trend analysis to help identify opportunities and strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to traditional marketing activities across multiple touchpoints for veterinarians and pet owners (congresses, symposia, print materials, detail aids, website content).
  • Support the implementation of Digital Marketing and omnichannel initiatives across CRM, web, email, and other platforms.
  • Assist with the generation of insights through internal and external surveys, dashboards, and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing, Communication, or a Scientific/Pharmaceutical-related field. A combined science/marketing background is a strong plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a Marketing role, ideally with exposure to digital channels, omnichannel logic, and/or brand plan development.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, manage small projects, interpret data and dashboards, and navigate structured or large organizations.
  • Excellent command of English (B2–C1–C2), written and spoken, to collaborate with global teams.
  • A natural team player who communicates well, collaborates with functions, and thrives in a supportive, dynamic environment.
