• Qualifications: We welcome interns from all backgrounds and disciplines who are on track to achieve a 2:1 or higher in their degree. English is the business language of our firm. To ensure all candidates can fully participate in our programmes and workplace, we require evidence of proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Your Role: You won’t just observe—you’ll contribute. Expect real projects, real clients, and real impact. You’ll sharpen your analytical and problem-solving skills, learn to collaborate effectively, and build relationships that last. Plus, you’ll gain confidence in leading and managing tasks while exploring your preferred sector or beyond.

• Balance & Wellbeing: We know life isn’t all work. That’s why we’ve built in wellbeing sessions on mental health, time management, and presentation skills. And because connection matters, you’ll enjoy social events and networking opportunities with colleagues and fellow interns.

• Compensation: This is a fully paid internship with a competitive salary. You’ll work as part of EY like a full-time employee—and be rewarded accordingly.
