We have a number of specialised teams across our People Consulting practice including Workforce Advisory, Digital Workforce and Talent.

• Qualifications: We welcome graduates from all backgrounds and disciplines who are on track to achieve a 2:1 or higher in their degree. English is the business language of our firm. To ensure all candidates can fully participate in our programmes and workplace, we require evidence of proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Plus, you’ll gain confidence in leading and managing tasks while exploring your preferred sector or beyond.

• Compensation: This is a fully paid internship with a competitive salary. You’ll work as part of EY like a full-time employee—and be rewarded accordingly.
