Job Purpose
Manage and monitor repair workflows for both equipment and facility-related issues across all site locations. Ensure timely resolution of service tickets, keeping ticket volume and turnaround time below defined benchmarks. Support new location opening process and assist with project coordination and special projects.
Main Duties
- Manage and monitor repair workflows for both equipment and facility-related issues across all site locations.
- Ensure timely resolution of service tickets, keeping ticket volume and turnaround time below defined benchmarks.
- Ensure external partners meet service level expectations and respond to issues promptly.
- Escalate unresolved or delayed repairs as needed to ensure timely outcomes.
- Coordinate with in-house and external technicians, assign tasks, and support them in diagnosing and completing complex repairs.
- Act as a central point of contact for repair techs to streamline communication and resource allocation.
- Provide regular updates on repair progress and major issues to operations leadership.
- Adding PM schedules to all assets for all sites
- Assist with tracking all LL contacts and adding them to the system
- Assisting in chasing down leads vendors to help negotiate best prices possible.
Key Accountabilities
- Site appearance and safety are maintained initiatives completed on time and on budget
- Effective communication is delivered to all parties.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently
Major Challenges
The ability to work proactively and anticipate obstacles is important to minimize risk. The ability to juggle many projects of various scope with many critical actions and communications. Being organized and thorough are essential skills
- Knowledge of similar web-based maintenance service provider systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project.
Qualifications / Requirements:
? High school diploma / GED equivalent required.
? This position may require overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Must be flexible.

Compensation: $50,000/year
