Job Overview
We are seeking a Facility Production Manager to lead our production team! You will oversee the activities of 20+ team members with functions including Production, Maintenance, and Quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the production and operations teams.
  • Work with the Production Coordinator to fulfill customer orders
  • Drive Quality, Efficiency, and Capital Deployment Improvements
  • Develop and manage Quality Measurements
  • Develop and instill Safety Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the management of production, manufacturing or other related fields.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to train and motivage all team members.
  • Manufacturing Design and Fabrication Skills helpful.
