Job Overview
We are seeking a Facility Production Manager to lead our production team! You will oversee the activities of 20+ team members with functions including Production, Maintenance, and Quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the production and operations teams.
- Work with the Production Coordinator to fulfill customer orders
- Drive Quality, Efficiency, and Capital Deployment Improvements
- Develop and manage Quality Measurements
- Develop and instill Safety Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the management of production, manufacturing or other related fields.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to train and motivage all team members.
- Manufacturing Design and Fabrication Skills helpful.
