Family Law Lawyer

Job Summary

This role is for an Ontario licensed lawyer looking to build a practice in family law.

With guidance appropriate to experience, our new team member will be required to manage files from beginning to end, ensuring that all professional obligations are fulfilled. We have excellent staff ready to assist with all files, and we like to work as a team, so other lawyers will be available most days to lend a hand as needed.

We want to work with you to develop your practice in a way that best suits you, providing mentorship, access to top quality educational materials, and flexibility in terms of assigned files.

We provide benefits, bonuses, and an opportunity to work towards an equity partnership. Bonus is paid semi-annually at a rate of one-third of all revenue billed and collected in excess of triple salary.

Vacation starts at three weeks paid.

This role is an excellent opportunity to develop a large client base in Perth, Huron, and Oxford counties.

Please note, due to the nature of the practice, we are looking for someone who wants to build a presence in Perth County and the surrounding area. Physical presence at our office in Stratford will be required, with occasional remote work available.
