As part of our continued growth, we are seeking experienced legal professionals to join us as Of Counsel in our Family law practice . This role offers flexibility and an opportunity to collaborate on high-quality legal work without the commitment of full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation in assigned matters, including client consultations, drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Handle cases from initial instructions through to completion, ensuring excellent client care and service.
• Work closely with our Directors and Associates on complex legal matters, offering strategic insights and solutions.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, adhering to the firm's quality and compliance standards.
• Represent clients in mediation or court proceedings, where required.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Singapore-qualified lawyer with a valid practicing certificate.
  Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in one or more of the firm’s practice areas.
  
• Skills: Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
  Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  Business development skills.
  
• Attributes: High professional and ethical standards.
  Client-focused with a solution-oriented approach.
  Flexible and adaptable, capable of managing multiple matters efficiently.
