Fashion Pr Intern

Job Description

The PR Intern will support the planning and execution of all global sample office functions, sample management and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and passionate PR intern, who can continue to build on and develop strong cross-functional relationships and share their depth of knowledge eloquently internally and externally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the PR team with sample requests for press & VIP
• Management of global press samples and press clippings from PR agency
• Creation of seasonal sample trackers and management of archiving PR samples
• Tracking and monitoring of all samples on online tracking system
• Quality control of any returning samples
• Liaising with shipping vendors and logistics for the creation of all global shipping delivery notes, invoices, and other documentation in line with global Shipping & Customs requirements.
• Support on coordination of runway shows.
• General administration responsibilities, including stockroom organisation, sample labelling, sorting and management of daily shipments.
• Ad hoc general PR assistance

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Microsoft Office skills – including excel and word
• Fashion GPS knowledge is preferable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship/team skills
• Confident, organised, professional, proactive
• Goal oriented approach, multitasking, self-starter
• Strong knowledge and/or interest for fashion/luxury industry

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

• Public relations: 1 year (preferred)
