Job Title: F&B Service Crew (Central)
Job Hours: Rotating Shift
Job Location: City Hall

The Opportunity:

• Our client is a Leading Live Entertainment Company in Singapore and they are currently seeking for a F&B Service Crew to support the daily operations of their outlet in Singapore.
• The role involves attending to customers, serving food and drinks, preparing rooms, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers promptly and professionally
• Take orders for food, beverages, and room services accurately
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
• Prepare and set up karaoke rooms before guest arrival
• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained
• Clear tables, trays, and used items efficiently after service
• Assist customers with basic room or service-related enquiries
• Monitor customer needs during their session and provide support when required
• Handle billings and payments accurately where assigned
• Top up stock and replenish service items as needed
• Follow outlet hygiene, service, and safety standards
• Support day-to-day outlet operations and any ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Possesses an 'O' levels minimally
• Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or karaoke operations is an advantage
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn
