Job brief

We are looking for competent and cheerful individuals to take and deliver orders. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and play an integral role in our customers’ experience.

Supervisor responsibilities include ensuring that tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, serving food and beverages, and anticipating customers’ needs. You should be quick on your feet and have a polite, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to hygiene and order
• Attend to customers
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Work together with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
• Manage task assignments and prioritize projects as necessary
• Address bottlenecks and implement solutions for smoother operations

Requirements and skills

• Proven restaurant serving experience is a plus
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month
